Terms of Service – National Drift Academy

Welcome to National Drift Academy.

By accessing or booking through our website (www.nationaldriftacademy.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Bookings and Payments

All bookings must be made in full via our website or an approved payment link.

Once payment has been received, your booking is confirmed and subject to our Refund Policy.

We do not accept partial payments or deposits unless explicitly agreed in writing by National Drift Academy.

2. Refunds and Rescheduling

All bookings are non-refundable.

However, customers may adjust their booking date if at least 7 days’ notice is provided prior to the scheduled event.

No changes or credits will be issued with less than 7 days’ notice.

3. Event Attendance

Participants must arrive on time for their scheduled session.

Late arrivals may not be accommodated and may forfeit their booking.

All participants must hold a valid driving licence and follow instructor guidance at all times.

National Drift Academy reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves recklessly or fails to comply with safety rules, without refund.

4. Safety and Liability

Drifting is a motorsport activity and carries inherent risk.

All participants are required to sign a liability waiver prior to taking part in any driving activity.

National Drift Academy, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation, except where required by law.

5. Changes or Cancellations by National Drift Academy

We reserve the right to postpone or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, venue restrictions, or mechanical issues.

In such cases, your booking will be transferred to a future date at no extra cost.
